...not effectively communicate?

Daily observation: catch-22 edition

So, a girl does something annoying. You don't saying about it, you're a pushover. You tell her you're upset, you sound like a girl. Solution? Quietly yet obviously pout! Judge all you want, you've all done it.

Or, you could be a "sensitive asshole." This usually involves being sensitive first. In other words, don't say anything initially. Then, when you do something annoying and she calls you on it (and she will), then you are free to be the ass. If she says you're being unfair, tell her how "sensitive" you are when she does something that you don't like.

Two cents from the female fan club- communication doesn't make one "sound like a girl". And likewise, "sensitive asshole" can't exclusively be applied to the male population. I can lend you my copy of Men-Mars, Women-Venus. Or 7 Steps to Effective Communication. I had to read both in grad school, so they may even come with intelligent (?) notes in the margins.
